Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, you can take advantage of our "Love It or Swap It" policy.

“Love it or Swap it” Terms:

1. Swap for Equal or Lesser Value Product: You may select another digital product of equal or lesser value from our store.
2. Restrictions on Newly Released Products: Products are not eligible for swap within 14 days of release. After this period, they become available.
3. Price Adjustment: No refunds will be issued if the replacement product costs less. If it costs more, you are required to pay the difference.

Swapping Newly Released Products:

At Architects of Algos & Indicators, each new product launch involves a significant investment in time, effort, and resources. To protect this investment and ensure the sustainability of our product launches, we implement the following policy regarding the swapping of newly released products:

1. Definition of New Release: A New Release refers to any product, including indicators and algorithms, introduced to our customers through an official release webinar.
2. Restriction Period: For 14 days (two weeks) from the date of the official release webinar, newly released products will not be eligible for selection as replacement products in our Love It or Swap It policy.
3. Eligibility for Swap After Restriction Period: Once the 14-day restriction period has concluded, the newly released product becomes eligible for swaps under the standard terms of the Love It or Swap It policy.

Policy Abuse and Limitations:

1. We reserve the right to refuse returns or swaps to prevent policy abuse.
2. Only one swap is permitted per purchase.
